1. Return Eligibility

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• A valid order number or purchase receipt is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical or electronic parts that have been installed or used.

• Special order or custom-made items.

• Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.

3. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong product or an item damaged during delivery, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

4. Refunds

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.

• Refunds are issued through the original payment method or by mutual agreement.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake was made by Chaudhry Auto Parts.

5. Exchange Policy

Products may be exchanged if:

• The wrong item was delivered.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

• The requested replacement is available in stock.

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error, we will bear the return shipping cost.

• If the customer changes their mind or orders the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
